Just The Right Heat

Enough kick to wake up any meat. Not so much it takes over.

Smoking, Grilling, and Cooking

One sauce that does it all — from low-and-slow smoke to backyard grill to weeknight kitchen.

A family recipe since 1948

Jim Lee's isn't a brand. It's a tradition that's been on Southern tables for over 75 years.

Slideshow

Choose Both. Obviously.

Can't choose between tangy vinegar and bold mustard? You don't have to. The Jim Lee's 2-Pack gives you both — the Original and the Mustard side by side, so you can use the right sauce for the right meat, or let your guests pick their favourite.

It's the most popular way to order for a reason. Stock both, use both, and never run out mid-cook.

Also the obvious choice if you're buying as a gift. A piece of South Carolina BBQ history, boxed up and ready to go.

The Sauce That Almost Stayed A Secret

In 1948, James Lee Thrower Sr. mixed up a BBQ sauce in his Sumter, SC kitchen — a family recipe that was never meant to leave the table.

For decades it stayed that way. Passed down through generations, shared and loved at cookouts, kept close.

Eventually the family decided the world deserved a taste. The recipe hasn't changed since.
